New Implementations

Independent of scale, environment (on-premise or hosted), industry sector or geographical location, Ignite Technology can provide new CA Clarity PPM implementations.  These will be based on proven best practices to meet the client's business drivers.

Prototyping or proof of concepts can also be provided quickly and easily by Ignite Technology.

Upgrade / Migrations

Proven track record in upgrading existing CA Clarity customers to the latest version of the application from any previous version and architectural landscape.  This includes not only Clarity, but also any associated reporting software.

Assessments

Example functional assessments provided by Ignite:

Focus on maximising customer return on their PPM investment by reviewing existing processes and configuration against customer requirements.

	•	Focus on user adoption by using a series of tools and measures to assess current adoption so that plans and strategies can be implemented to make improvements.
	•	Implementation review/audit to ensure the current implementation is being carried out according to best practice.

Integrations and Interfaces

Custom built to the requirements of each client based on proven techniques and processes. Ignite Technology provides CA Clarity PPM interfaces with many applications, such as SAP, Oracle, and PeopleSoft.

Reporting

Reporting is one of the most important functions of CA Clarity and espcially important to an executive and management audience. Getting the right data to the right people, in the right format to enable them to make decisions is a critical success factor of any Clarity implementation. Ignite Technology offers the design and development of Portlets, BO Universes, Xcelsius and Crystal Reports to do this.
